Last Weekend I'd tried to make kuih seri muka which is i'm not really like it but my family loves it so much. so here i am, made it with my mama. :) MY FOOD LAB is successfully accomplished ~
Bottom Layer
500gm Beras Pulut Putih
300ml Santan (Fresh)
300ml air
2tsp Garam (halus)
Step
Rendam pulut sekurang2nya 4jam /semalaman
Basuh bersih &toskan
Kukus dengan semua bahan diatas selama 30minit (loyang yg xberlubang)
Apabila pulut masak, gaul hingga sebati. Tekan2 dlm loyang.
Upper Layer
Ingredient A
125gm Gula Kastor
50gm Tepung Kastard
50gm Tepung Kastard
200ml Santan (Fresh)
200ml air
10gm pandan (blender dgn air diatas-tapis)
Ingredient B
2biji telur
1/4 tsp Garam (halus)
1/4 tsp pandan essence
Step
Blender bahan A & bahan B
Tapis dan masak (kacau dalam 2-3minit)
Tuang keatas lapisan bawah &kukus (30-40minit)
